Non-Resident Attorney Fee Submission Form
Upon receipt of a completed Submission Form and payment of the Non-Resident Attorney Fee, we will issue an Acknowledgement Letter. The letter will serve as proof of payment required by Rule 19(c). We will deliver it by e-mail. Once delivered, we cannot alter its contents, and we cannot refund or transfer the fee for any reason. See Rule 19, Texas Government Code §82.001 et seq., and our FAQs.
