Non-Resident Attorney Fee Submission Form

Upon receipt of a completed Submission Form and payment of the Non-Resident Attorney Fee, we will issue an Acknowledgement Letter. The letter will serve as proof of payment required by Rule 19(c). We will deliver it by e-mail. Once delivered, we cannot alter its contents, and we cannot refund or transfer the fee for any reason. See Rule 19, Texas Government Code §82.001 et seq., and our FAQs.

The fee is $250, per attorney, per cause. Payment is made online by credit card or electronic check. We will process your Submission Form by the end of our next business day.
